Our Chef, Glen DiNicola, has a passion for food that goes back to his childhood. He used to help his mother in the kitchen as soon as he could reach the counter.
He has had formal training in a two year high school course, he attended Southern Maine Vocational Technical Institute and most recently The Culinary Business Academy. He also has over 20 yrs experience in many areas of the food industry.
Glen brings humor and experience to the show with his upbeat style and wonderful recipes that are sure to please his audience.

Well Im home right now we bobtailed here from Nogales the other day, my co-driver was in a hurry to see his wife so we lost no time waiting. We take off again tomorrow morn for a couple of weeks.
